Fact: Pirates Of The Caribbean star Mackenzie Crook has written a new Tv comedy about metal detector enthusiasts. The Detectorists, in which the actor will also star as a middle-aged treasure hunter, will debut on the Bbc in October (14).
Fact: British actor Mackenzie Crook has been shortlisted for this year's (12) Waterstones Children's Book Prize in the U.K. for his writing debut.
