Maria Sharapova is the new face of Avon's Luck perfume.

The 27-year-old tennis star - who is celebrating her victory in the French Open tournament in Paris, France, last weekend - stars in a glamorous campaign for the beauty brand's fragrance.

Maria is seen sporting a series of gorgeous gowns as she enjoys a date with a male model in the official pictures.

In a behind-the-scenes video clip from the shoot, she said: ''My hope is that Luck reminds women and men that you can have it all. I think it's important that women not only feel confident in themselves every day, but to also feel lucky.''

The stunning Russian's Avon campaign follows her lucrative endorsement deals with the likes of sportswear brand Nike, fashion company Cole Haan and car manufacturer Porsche.

Maria is also co-owner of Supergoop sunscreen after investing in the brand - which was started by Holly Thaggard - because she loved the product so much.

The tennis pro previously said: ''I've been in the sun for as long as I can remember for my job. I've spent years training in Florida. That application of sunscreen became a ritual for me, and something I [have done] almost every day of my life. And when I met Holly, her message was such an important one -- raising awareness and making sure that many people are knowledgeable about skin cancer, that it is the leading cancer [in the United States], and that it's preventable.''
