Mariah Carey's brother Morgan has hit out against her, accusing her of not helping to pay her dying sister Alison's medical bills, despite her multi-million dollar empire. It's fairly well-known that Carey no longer speaks to her siblings, but her apparent lack of concern has come somewhat of a shock to her family.

Alison Carey, aged 54, is HIV positive and previously worked as a prostitute in New York according to reports. Her life is far from the luxury her younger sister enjoys and at the moment is struggling to afford the spinal and brain surgery that she desperately needs to ease her health issues.

However, according to her brother, 51-year-old Morgan, Mariah isn't interested in forking out for the medical bills. 'Your sister is dying and she is struggling and where are you? You think you are so fabulous, but you are a witch', he allegedly told The Sun. He explained that he was forced to fly from Hawaii last year when Alison was nearing death in hospital, but he didn't see any sign of Mariah during that time. 'Thankfully Alison had a miraculous recovery but now she needs brain and spinal surgery and will be going into hospital any day', he added.

It's not the first time Alison has tried to reach out to her sister and not heard back either; so far, her many requests to meet her nephews Moroccan and Monroe have fallen on deaf ears. Plus, Morgan reveals that he never has much luck contacting her either.

'I told Mariah my wife had miscarried and she never even responded to that email either', he claimed, adding scathingly, 'But that's typical, because the world has to revolve around Mariah and there is no room in the world apart from her.'

He also scoffed that he believed she probably spends more money on her pets than it would cost to save her sister. It's unknown whether or not these accusations against Mariah are true, or if its outbursts like these that have kept Mariah separated from her siblings for so long.
