Incarcerated rap boss Marion 'Suge' Knight has been hospitalised again after reportedly suffering health complications just before he was due to appear in a Los Angeles court.

The embattled Death Row Records founder has spent the past few months struggling to recover from multiple bullet wounds sustained in a nightclub shooting last summer (14).

He was admitted to a Los Angeles hospital earlier this month (Feb15) after collapsing outside a court house, where he had pleaded not guilty to murder charges relating to a fatal hit-and-run accident in late January (15).

Knight was treated for a potentially-fatal blood clot, and on Thursday morning (19Feb15), he was back under doctors' care after experiencing further health difficulties as he arrived in court for a separate hearing into robbery charges.

His attorney, David Kenner, tells Tmz.com Knight has been battling bleeding in his stomach and had complained about abdomen pain on Wednesday (18Feb15).

Thursday's medical emergency prompted the judge overseeing the robbery case to delay proceedings for a second time.

Knight stands accused of stealing a camera from a paparazzo and making "terroristic threats" against the snapper during a run-in outside a studio in Beverly Hills in September (14). He has pleaded not guilty to the robbery count.

His robbery co-defendant, comedian Katt Williams, has also pleaded his innocence and is still due to appear in court later on Thursday.
