Fact: Singer Alicia Keys surprised fans in New York on Friday (30Aug13) when she brought Maxwell out to perform their song Fire We Make on U.S. breakfast show Good Morning America. The hitmaker was on hand to close out the summer concert series for the show and performed several of her hits including Girl On Fire, You Don't Know My Name and No One.

Fact: U.S. talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has recruited Wyclef Jean and Rihanna to appear on her show in a special broadcast dedicated to raising money for earthquake-devastated Haiti. The programme, which airs on Wednesday (20Jan10), will also feature a performance from singer Maxwell, whose mother is from the Caribbean country.
