Mayim Bialik, the 39-year-old actor best known for her role as Dr. Amy Farrah Fowler in The Big Bang Theory, has revealed her fairly low-key plans for Sunday (20th September), the day of the Primetime Emmy Awards ceremony. Bialik will be visiting a cemetery, ordering Thai food in and heading home early after the ceremony ends.

Bialik is nominated for a Primetime Emmy Award in the category of Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in The Big Bang Theory. This is her fourth nomination in the same category for her role as Amy and Bialik is certainly taking the nomination in her stride.

Bialik, and a host of other stars, were asked what they plan to do in the hours before the Emmy Awards Ceremony. Speaking to the AP on Friday (18th September) at the Variety and Woman in Film pre-Emmy party, Bialik revealed her schedule for Sunday.

"I'm actually going to the cemetery to visit my father's grave the morning of the Emmys,” Bialik revealed. “Between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur it's traditional to visit graves. And that Sunday happens to be Emmy Sunday. So, I'm going to go with my kids and my mom and my ex, and we're going to do that. Then I'm going to order Thai food and start getting hair and makeup around 12, leave the house by 2:30 and hopefully be in bed by 10."

Other stars at the event also revealed their plans, including Denis O’Hare (nominated for Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Limited Series or Movie for American Horror Story: Freak Show) who was worrying about what to do with his 4-year-old son throughout the day.
