The Game is accusing Meek Mill of being a snitch after Sean Kingston robbery.
Meek Mill and The Game have some serious beef going on right now, apparently to do with the robbery of Sean Kingston. Last week The Game released a diss track called '92 Bars' and also unveiled a shot of himself with Mill's girlfriend Nicki Minaj. Mill has since responded in kind.
Meek Mill is in serious trouble with The Game
In response to The Game posting a shirtless picture of himself and Nicki Minaj on Instagram, Meek Mill re-posted a video of The Game crying about not wanting to be a part of hip hop following the shooting of groom-to-be Sean Bell by police officers in 2006. He's now deleted the post. From what we've gathered, The Game is angry about the Philly rapper - who was recently sentenced to six years of probation after a parole violation - 'snitching' on him to police detectives following a situation where Sean Kingston was attacked and robbed in a nightclub.

More than a year after his entertaining beef with Meek Mill, Drake once again dissed the Philadelphia rapper during a gig in his hometown.
The Canadian multi-platinum rapper, who is currently touring his new album Views, was in Meek Mill’s hometown on Philadelphia when he made the decision to reload and aim both barrels at the rapper, unleashing a series of disses during his gig at the Wells Fargo Center on Sunday night (August 21st).

Minaj had a slightly stand-offish attitude about her relationship with Meek Mill when she was interviewed on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' this week.
Nicki Minaj has tried to clear up some misconceptions about her relationship status in a new TV interview, hinting that she is still engaged to Meek Mill but that wedding bells may not be featuring in her immediate future.
The ‘Anaconda’ rapper, 33, has previously been reported as ‘begging’ her rapper beau to stop referring to her as his fiancée in public. Speaking to Ellen DeGeneres on Thursday (April 7th) about her ‘engagement’ ring, she revealed that she has two diamond rings from him, but neither is actually the real deal in terms of getting married.

This rapper feud doesn’t look like it’s cooling down anytime soon.
After being accusing of using a ghostwriter by Meek Mill last week, Drake has hit back with a second diss track aimed at Nicki Minaj’s fiancée. In ‘Back To Back’ which he released on Wednesday, Drake calls out Mill again and accuses him of riding the coattails of Minaj.
Drake has unleashed his second response to Meek Mill ‘Back to Back’.
On the track Drake raps, ‘This for y’all that think that I don’t write enough / They just mad ’cause I got the Midas touch / You love her, then you gotta give the world to her/Is that a world tour or your girl’s tour? / I know that you gotta be a thug for her / This ain’t what she meant when she told you to open up more’

Meek Mill described 'Charged Up', which emerged over the weekend, as "very soft... baby lotion soft".
Drake released the track ‘Charged Up’ over the weekend in response to Meek Mill’s repeated claims that he didn’t actually write his own lyrics, using a ghostwriter to pen his rhymes instead. It featured barbs such as “Wow, I’m honoured that you think this is staged / I’m flattered man, in fact I’m amazed… You boys aren’t gettin’ any of your feelings on me / You should embrace it this could be one our realest moments”.

‘Charged Up’ takes aim at Mill and Funk Flex over their claims that Drake does not write his own lyrics.
Rapper Drake has responded to Meek Mill’s accusations he uses a ‘ghostwriter’ by releasing a ‘diss track’ titled ‘Charged Up’, which dropped on Saturday evening. The beef between the two rappers began earlier in the week when Mill accused Drake of not writing his own lyrics during a twitter trade.
Drake has responded to Meek Mill’s claims with track ‘Charged Up’.
In the track the Canadian rapper addressed Meek Mill’s claims and rhymes, ‘All y’all stare in my face and hope you could be to replace me / Snitchin’ on us without no interrogation / I stay silent ‘cause we at war and I’m very patient.’
Quentin Miller, with whom Drake collaborated on his recent mixtape album 'If You're Reading This It's Too Late', responded to being named by Meek Mill as Drizzy's 'ghostwriter'.
Quentin Miller, a relative newcomer to the industry, took to his Tumblr page on Thursday (July 23rd) to dismiss Mill’s argument. He recalls getting a phone call from Drake offering to work with him, describing talking to “one of my idols” with total disbelief.
“I am not and never will be a 'ghostwriter' for Drake,” Miller wrote. “I’m proud to say that we’ve collaborated… but I could never take credit for anything other than the few songs we worked on together.”

With his girlfriend Nicki Minaj engaging in a war of words with Taylor Swift, Meek Mill decided to start some beef with Drake.
Meek Mill, the boyfriend of Nicki Minaj, has called out Drake on twitter, accusing the rapper of not writing his own lyrics. The spat comes despite Drake making a guest appearance on Mill’s track ‘R.I.C.O.’ which featured on the rapper’s latest album Dreams Worth More Than Money.
Meek Mill has started some twitter drama with Drake.
"Stop comparing Drake to me too.... He don't write his own raps! That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out!" Mill wrote on Twitter late Tuesday. "The whole game know forreal they scared to tell the truth! I can't wait tok these guys and sit back and act like they don't know!" he added.
The rap star's second album 'Dreams Worth More Than Money' sold nearly a quarter of a million copies to storm to Number One, selling more than the rest of the Top Five combined.
Rapper Meek Mill has scored his first American Number One album, with his second effort Dreams Worth More Than Money entering at the top of the Billboard 200 in its first week with sales of nearly a quarter of a million over all platforms.
The Philadelphia-born star, real name Robert Rahmeek Williams, sold 246,000 copies of his sophomore effort in the week ending July 5th including 215,000 traditional album sales (i.e. excluding stream and track equivalents). His first album, 2012’s Dreams and Nightmares, peaked at Number 2 as a new entry, and three years later he’s gone one better.

The female hip-hop star finally opened up about the nature of her relationship with the 27-year-old rapper Meek Mill.
Although Nicki Minaj only split with her rumoured boyfriend of 14 years Safaree Samuels earlier this year, many reports have claimed that the 32-year-old star has already moved on with Philadelphia-born rapper Meek Mill.
Minaj has been rumoured to be dating Meek Mill
The pair have further fuelled speculation that they are a couple after posting several snaps of themselves on Instagram looking very comfortable with one another, and the hip-hop duo were also seen together enjoying the NBA All-Star Weekend in NYC.
Oh. My. God. Look at her... new album?
Ok, before you read this article, we have to agree on one thing: this is a no Nicki Minaj hate zone. That means that you have to read it with an open mind and hopefully appreciate the majesty that is Nicki Minaj’s hair, music, makeup... everything, really.
Minaj performed three songs in all: 'Bed Of Lies' with Skylar Grey and a medley of 'Only' and 'All Things Go'. Through the magic of the internet, you can now watch all of those online. Somewhere. Not here because, you know. Copyright is a thing. NME has clips of the whole thing, though. Don’t say we never did anything for you.
Um... excuse you?

The victim was in stable condition as of Sunday night.
BET Awards weekend started with a tragedy this year, when a guest at Meek Mill’s pre-awards party ended up in hospital with stab wounds. The incident took place on Saturday night, June 28, at Lure nightclub. Meek Mill was hosting a rousing pre-BET bash, when a fight broke out. The 20-something man was rushed to Cedars-Sinai hospital, but TMZ has obtained footage of him laying on the curb waiting for help while a friend yells at the police officers to hurry the ambulance.
Meek Mill himself was not directly involved in the brawl.
The man incurred two stab wounds in the stomach, but his condition is stable, the website also reports. The reason for the fight has not been uncovered so far. The man’s identity and that of his attacker are being withheld. The party was also attended by The Game, Lil Boosie, Mase and actress Kyla Pratt.
Meek Mill's hiphop protégé, Lil Snupe, was shot dead in Winnfield, LA early yesterday (20th June).
Only weeks after rapper 2 Chainz was robbed at gunpoint in California, the rap world has been hit with another guncrime - but this time the 18 year-old victim didn't escape with his life. Rising rapstar Lil Snupe was killed by shots to his torso at around 4am on Thursday (June 20) morning and was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.
Details are beginning to slowly emerge of the teenager's untimely death. Neither motives nor the relevancy of the location are known: "A motive has not been established at this time," LAPD told MTV, adding that an investigation has been opened and was under way.
The talented Lil Snupe, born Addarren Ross, was signed up to Meek Mill's Dream Chasers label almost straight away after he passed on a demo tape to the 26 year-old hiphopster at a university gig in Louisiana in late 2012. Meek Mill, AKA Robert Williams, was immediately impressed by the youngster's talent and signed him up, also taking him under his wing as his protégé.

The rapper was shot early in the morning, possibly in Louisiana.
The entertainment industry has apparently become a high risk business lately, as 18-year-old rapper Lil’ Snoop, who just got signed to Meek Mill’s label Dream Chasers last year, has been killed. Lil Snoop was shot and killed this morning (June 20), according to multiple sources, including AllHipHop and XXL. No details have been released about the location or exact time of the incident. Lil’ Snoop was at the very beginning of his career, having just released his first mixtape with Dream Chasers. You can hear some of the tracks below.
It was reportedly his mixtape that initially impressed Meek Mill into taking on Lil’ Snoop as his protégé. The budding rapper told his unlikely success story to MTV last February: "He was in a van, they was finna pull off. And I went and knocked on the van, on the window. They let the window down, grabbed the mixtape and it was like 10 minutes later, 20 minutes later they called me," he said.

Rapper Rick Ross has called off the rest of his tour of America amidst fears for his own personal safety after a warning video linked to a local gang was posted online.
As first reported in The Charlotte Observer, Ross canceled his shows in Charlotte and Greensboro, North Carolina, this weekend (Dec 8-9) after receiving death threats from the Gangster Disciples gang, seemingly because the rapper had 'dishonoured' gang leader Larry Hoover in his track 'B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)' and scorned their gang symbol by facsimiling the design on his Black Bar Mitzvah mixtape.
Although it was thought that Ross would continue his Maybach Music Tour of the States, which also featured Wale and Meek Mill, he has decided to pack the whole thing in and return home for the meantime. The tour was supposed to last until December 16th, with Nashville, Tennessee the next scheduled drop off.

Rick Ross has cancelled two concerts in Greensboro and Charlotte on Friday and Saturday after receiving death threats from a gang named the Gangster Disciples. Meek Mill, Wale and Machine Gun Kelly were also set to perform at the high profile concerts, though a show set for Sunday evening (December 9, 2012) in Nashville remains on schedule.
Local news outlet WCNC say the cancellation relates to threats from the Gangster Disciples gang, who have a beef with Ross. They put out a YouTube video warning the rapper to stay out of Charlotte, with Live Nation complying and offering refunds for the show. Paul Scott, a minister from Durham who is also a hip hop journalist, said, "I think fans should be concerned. I think the parents should be concerned because you never know. Hip hop does not represent the real street. The commercial Hip Hop that Rick Ross promotes represents Wall Street and Wall Street cares nothing about the loss of human life if they can make a dollar." Dean Cole, a friend of Ross and also the Assistant Programming Director for Power 98 Radio, said he didn't believe that fans would have had anything to worry about and that one day Ross and the Disciples would work out their problems. Charlotte-Mecklenburgh Police released a statement on Wednesday (before the cancellation) saying officers would remain vigilant to ensure to utmost safety.
Rick Ross released his latest album God Forgives, I Don't in July 2013, to mostly positive reviews from critics.

Taylor Swift’s latest album Red has remained steadfast at the top of the Billboard albums chart for a second week. Swift’s popularity appears to know no bounds, as she has made a successful and seamless transition from her country roots into the pop arena. She seems equally at home at the Grand Ole Opry as she does wooing a crowd of teenagers at an MTV Awards event. This dual appeal has translated nicely into CD sales for Swift, who shifted 344,000 copies of Red in the last week in the United States.
The rapper Meek Mill made a seriously impressive dent in the chars with his major label debut, Dreams and Nightmares, and sold approximately 165,000, according to MTV News (sourced from Nielsen Soundscan). It may be a long way off Swift’s total, but it still landed him the number two slot, in a week where sales were affected by Hurricane Sandy on the East Coast of America. The previous week, it had been another rapper snapping at Taylor’s heels (albeit from a distance!). This week, Kendrick Lamar has slipped down to number five with good kid, m.A.A.d. City, making room for Rod Stewart’s Christmas album Merry Christmas Baby.
Mumford & Sons, who impressed with their initial ascent to the top of the US charts with Babel, have dropped to number seven with sales of 44,000. We’re predicting a third week at the top for Taylor; this week’s releases seem to contain little in the way of a threat to the 23 year-old global star.
It's going to be a tough fight to knock Taylor Swift from the top of this week's chart and looking at this week's major contenders, it seems unlikely that any of them have the commercial punch to do it. As major labels hold some of their big releases back for the Christmas rush, others will be kept back until 2013, so they don't get swamped by a barrage of festive compilations and greatest hits releases.
Neil Young releases his 35th studio album this week. Psychedelic Pill was written and recorded in collaboration with his sometime band, Crazy Horse, marking their first album of original material since Greendale in 2003. As with many of Young's latter-day releases, the quality is less than consistent, though most reviews have erred in favour of the experienced rocker and Metacritic have given it a highly respectable collated score of 82.
Black Country Communion - the super-group featuring Joe Bonamassa, Glenn Hughes, Jason Bonham and Derek Sherinian release their third album, Afterglow, this week. There have been rumours bounding around that Black Country Communion were on the verge of splitting but, with an album to promote and, that doesn't seem likely just yet. The album's been well received in the world of rock, metal and blues publications; the lure of Bonamassa may well be enough to create some mainstream appeal for Afterglow, as well.
Meek Mill’s picked a tough week to come out with his new LP Dreams And Nightmares, given the huge acclaim that’s being given over to his contemporary Kendrick Lamar for his album good kid, mAAd city, and the Rick Ross approved artist doesn’t look like he’s going to swing much attention over either, given the curt responses he gave to Spin over questions about his new album.
The 25 year-old seemed almost to be wrapped in a vow of silence when questioned about the themes of his album, "I don't know," he replied to a question about how he approaches his album to how he approached his past mixtapes, adding "Both of them are easy." He then commented "It's more personal on my album” though refused to give an example of it on the LP. Hmm.
He has been more vocal however about the leak of Dreams And Nightmares, telling MTV’s RapFix, "I ain't tripping. If people wanna buy your album, they're gonna buy your album whether it's gonna leak or not.” Saying that fans would’ve already made their mind up, he commented "If you were going buy the original, you were always gonna buy the original," and furthering "If you were gonna bootleg it, you were gonna bootleg it — period." It’ll be interesting see who has decided to what, and with the rampant march of Lamar stepping up several notches, he’s really going to need to hope that his fans will be doing the former, if he’s to make much of an impact on the charts.
