The Ima Boss hitmaker fired off a series of angry tweets on Tuesday (21Jul15), urging fans not to make comparisons between the two artists and accusing his girlfriend Nicki Minaj's labelmate and frequent collaborator of using a ghostwriter to pen his rap verses.

Mill posted, "Stop comparing Drake to me... He don't write his own raps!"

He went on to claim Drake, who featured on Mill's R.I.C.O. track on his latest album Dreams Worth More Than Money, failed to promote the project on social media after it was reportedly discovered that he failed to write his own rhymes.

He added, "That's why he ain't tweet my album because we found out (sic)!... Don't compare me to none of the cats that don't write they own raps either... Dude is all the way outta (sic) of it... He ain't even write that verse on my album and if I woulda knew I woulda took it off my album...I don't trick my fans."

Mill's criticism has not gone down well with Toronto City Councillor Norm Kelly, who took to his Twitter blog on Wednesday (22Jul15) to fire back at the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania native.

Kelly, an avid fan of Drake, writes, "You're no longer welcome in Toronto, @MeekMill".

Mill will discover how frosty a reception he will receive next week (28Jul15), when he performs in Toronto as part of Minaj's The Pinkprint Tour.
