Nearly four years after Michael Jackson’s death, a new accuser has come forth with claims of sexual abuse against Jackson. Wade Robson, 30, has accused the late star of molesting him on multiple occasions, when he visited Neverland Ranch between the ages of 7 and 14. The problem with Robson’s claim, and one which Howard Weitzman, a lawyer for the Jackson estate didn’t fail to point out, was that Robson testified in the 2005 trial, denying that the singer had ever molested him. At the time, a housekeeper at the ranch testified that she had seen the entertainer naked in the shower with Robson, but the man himself denied it.

However, Robson now claims that at the time, he had suppressed all memories of the alleged incidents and these have just now come to the surface. The situation is made even more complicated by the fact that the deadline for filing claims against the late Jackson’s estate has passed. A lawyer for Robson has asked that he be allowed to file a late creditor’s claim instead.

Weitzman in turn spoke to TMZ about the claim, saying: "Mr Robson's claim is outrageous and pathetic. This is a young man who has testified at least twice under oath over the past 20 years and said in numerous interviews that Michael Jackson never did anything inappropriate to him or with him.” This news comes in the midst of a wrongful death lawsuit, which the Jackson family has filed against the late singer’s concert promoter, AEG.
