Following her attempted suicide earlier this month, Paris Jackson should be out of hospital and getting back to her old life very soon, or at least that's what her family is saying. Jackie Jackson, the brother of the late Michael Jackson, was speaking with E! News last night (June 29) when he was asked about Paris' current condition, to which he replied, "She's getting better. She should be out soon."

Paris  tried to take her life earlier this month

Paris - who might not be Michael's biological child - attempted to take her own life on June 5 and has remained under observation at a Los Angeles hospital since she was taken into care that morning. The daughter of the King of Pop had apparently been speaking with a suicide hotline before she tried to overdose and cut herself, with the volunteer on the other end of the line calling the emergency services after being on the phone with Paris.

Her family were visiting Las Vegas to see the new 'Michael Jackson ONE' show, which is being curated by Cirque du Soleil, when some members discussed her condition, with Marlon Jackson wishing her a speedy recovery and saying, "We love her. After all that she's gone through, losing a father—that's hard on a youngster. So she's staying strong."

Michael's mother Katherine Jackson was also at the show, as were Paris' brothers Prince and Blanket and their legal guardian T.J. Jackson. The show is an all swinging and dancing spectacular from the contortionists, which is playing at the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino in Las Vegas right now.
