The sister of the late L'Wren Scott isn't happy with the recent behaviour of Mick Jagger.

The Rolling Stones frontman has angered the sibling of his former love after he was photographed with a mystery young brunette women in a Swiss hotel last weekend.

The unknown female can be seen kissing the back of Jagger's head on the penthouse suite balcony in Zurich, during the band's '14 On Fire' European tour.

The surfacing of the snaps comes 3 months after his longtime girlfriend, Scott, committed suicide.

Although the 70 year-old hasn't received a heavy backlash from the public, Jan Shane, Scott's adopted sibling, is outraged.

"These pictures make me really wonder what Mick is really thinking and feeling," Shane, 53, said Saturday to the New York Daily News. "His daughter says that he is still heartbroken and so devastated about losing my sister - and then you see these photos. He will never change."

Adding, "And people wonder why L'Wren was so depressed?"

However, this isn't the first time Jagger and Shane have gone head-to-head. Back in March, the pair were in a conflict over where the late fashion designer's final resting place should be.

Shane wanted her to be buried in their childhood hometown of North Ogden, Utah, but Jagger was only communicating with Scott's brother, Randall Bambrough, and they eventually decided that the 49 year-old will be buried in Los Angeles.

So has Jagger moved on too soon?

"Of course Mick is still sad over L'Wren but he is working through it and trying to move on with his life," a friend told The Mirror. "Yes, he had a fling - he's a red-blooded man for goodness sake - but it's nice to see him enjoying life again."
