Mickey Rourke is ''hooked on surgery''.

The actor and retired boxer is reportedly undergoing another set of cosmetic procedures to change his face because he has become obsessive about his appearance and ''doesn't like what he sees'' when he looks at his reflection.

A source revealed: ''He's hooked on surgery.

''He wakes up in the morning and looks in the mirror and doesn't like what he sees.''

And in a bid to change his face once again, 'The Wrestler' star - who has previously gone under the knife on several occasions - is now having bone grafts to change his teeth and nose.

Another source close to Mickey told New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: ''He's having bone taken from his hip grafted onto the roof of his mouth so that he can get new teeth implants.

''Doctors are also taking bone from one of his ribs and using it to rebuild his nose.''

Although the Hollywood star retired from boxing in 1994, his violent career ''resulted in severe facial injuries that required a number of operations to repair his damaged face.''

The 62-year-old icon recently sparked rumours he was having more plastic surgery when he was spotted Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood with a bandaged nose.
