Newly engaged Mila Kunis is set to star alongside fiancé Ashton Kutcher in his hit show Two and a Half Men. It’s not the first time that these two have appeared on screen together, having first met playing Jackie and Kelso on That 70’s Show. Jackie and Kelso started out as a couple before breaking up and Jackie then going to date Hyde and Fez, two of the other boys in their group. We wonder if Mila will be a long term addition to the Two and a Half Men cast or whether she’s too busy with her budding movie career to settle for too long on the show?

Ashton and Mila aren’t the only real life couple to appear on screen together as a couple. When Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston were still married Brad appeared in FRIENDS, which Jen was then starring in as Rachel Green. However, instead of starring as a couple in the sitcom, Brad appeared as Will Colbert, an old friend of Ross’s with whom he had once established the “I hate Rachel” club. Pitt spent his scenes scowling across the Thanksgiving table at Aniston, although we didn’t mind at the time because we assumed that all was well in their real life paradise.

At least we did until Brad Pitt went on to star in Mr. & Mrs. Smith alongside Angelina Jolie. The couple have been together for nearly 9 years now and have 6 children between them, so we're pleased their romance wasn't a passing fancy. While they adamantly deny that nothing happened during filming, as Brad was still married to Jen, it’s still a fact that he and Angie went on to start a relationship with each other shortly after the movie was released.

Like Mila and Ashton, Sarah Michelle Gellar and her hubby Freddie Prinze Jr. have starred together in more than one project. The pair met while filming teenage slasher flick I Know What You Did Last Summer back in 1997 and went on to star in Scooby-Doo and Scooby-Doo 2 together.

True Blood’s Anna Paquin and Stephen Moyer met while filming the HBO vampire show when they were cast as Sookie and Bill. Sookie and Bill are onscreen lovers for the first couple of seasons of the show, but have had turbulent times since. The final season is due to start soon, we can’t wait to see how it all fangs out.

Ben Stiller and his wife Christine Taylor met filming a pilot for a show which never aired back in 1999. They married a year later and have since worked on three movies together, including Zoolander [SPOILER ALERT] in which they ended up married.

Dexter finished last year and sadly that’s also the status of Michael C. Hall and Jennifer Carpenter. The onscreen brother and sister fell for each other in real life but after marrying in 2009 their relationship quickly became stale and they were divorced soon after. Perhaps that’s one of the reasons that Dexter was wrapped up so quickly and a little confusingly? What did you make of the ending of the show?
