When Chris Stark agreed to interview Mila Kunis for BBC Radio One, he probably didn’t expect it to be hailed as the ‘celebrity interview of the year.’ Stark is a sidekick on Scott Mills’ Radio 1 show and decided to dive in at the deep end and make his first celebrity interview one with Mila Kunis, a Hollywood A-lister. For most people, this would end in disaster. For Stark, his visible nerves and inability to stick to the script made Kunis warm to him. So much so, in fact, that she pretty much agreed to go watch Watford FC with him and his mates. She wasn’t so keen on the yellow strip though, so watch out Watford, Mila wants you to play in purple from now on.

During the interview Kunis admits to not feeling very well and at one point, sarcastically answers the kinds of questions that she is normally asked during movie press junkets. When Chris apologises for digressing from the set questions and starts telling Mila about his mates (including one called Sir Dosser), she quite earnestly tells him “why? This is way more fun for me, I have to tell you.” Clearly tired out by a day of answering the same questions over and over, she then begs him to continue telling her about his mates. “Please!” she laughs, before her publicist (off camera) tells her that Chris has a job to do.

Mila Kunis - not so keen on Watford FC's yellow strip, apparently

Briefly, Mila talks about her character in Oz: The Great and Powerful, before Stark returns to his efforts to ask Mila out on a date. He doesn’t quite succeed but he’ll be dining out on this encounter for some years to come.
