Miley Cyrus is still receiving hospital treatment for "severe allergic reaction" she had after taking antibiotics this past Tuesday (April 15th).

The 21 year-old singer has been forced to cancel several more shows that are part of her 'Bangerz' tour, scheduled for this weekend.

This past week has seen the 'We Can't Stop' singer postpone a concert St. Louis that was scheduled for Wednesday (April 16th), and another show at the Kansas City Sprint Center which was set for Tuesday (April 15th).

During her stay in hospital there have been several different rumors circulating about the real reason behind the cancellations, which include being pregnant and to too much partying, but the young songstress took to Twitter on Friday to clarify the situation.

"So many ignorant stories out there no one is reading the official statement and these dumb asses are scaring my fans," Cyrus tweeted. "Shut the f--k up and let me heal. Stop scaring my family, friends, and fans."

This was accompanied by a photograph of her official statement which reads: "Miley was suffering from a sinus infection during her tour. She was prescribed the antibiotic Cephalexin, which she's now suffered an extreme allergic reaction to."
