In the past few weeks, Miley Cyrus has proven that, if anything, she knows how to keep people talking about her, making her the perfect guest on Alan Carr’s Chatty Man. Luckily for everyone, except perhaps those still scarred by her VMA performance, she didn’t forget to bring her foam finger, which unfortunately wasn’t utilized during her mandatory tweking session.

Miley's episode is set to air this Friday.

Of course, more observant viewers will note that during the show, which will air this Friday (September 13) at 10pm, Miley was sporting a different foam finger to the one she… um… violated during the VMAs. So perhaps she has a different one for every occasion? You know, the casual foam finger and then the evening wear foam finger she only whips out for award shows and the like. Really, with Ms Cyrus’ business savvy, we can picture her creating an entire industry around different styles of foam fingers.

Apparently, there's quite a lot to look forward to.

But that was beside the point, as Cyrus was really there to promote her brand new single (complete with its very own provocative video, naturally) Wrecking Ball. Miley managed to stir yet more controversy with the Terry Richardson-directed video, which includes scenes of her grinding on an actual wrecking ball in the nude, as well as licking a sledgehammer – all in the name of symbolism, of course.

Thankfully, there was more clothing involved in the Chatty Man taping.

At the release of the video, people were once again outraged, although the question arises: is anything about this even controversial anymore? Love it or hate it, it’s all part of Miley’s performance now. If you, like us, can’t seem to get enough of said performance – no judgement – then tune in to Chatty Man this Friday at 10.

Miley's Wrecking Ball has broken Vevo records.
