Miley Cyrus spent the weekend campaigning for Hillary Clinton, going door-to-door at the dorms at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.

The singer has been a vocal campaigner for Democratic candidate Clinton through the election, but as November 8 draws closer Cyrus has taken her message on the road.

During her visit Cyrus knocked on dorm doors and spoke to students about the importance of getting out to vote on November 8 and showing their support for Clinton.

Students gathered on the campus to catch a glimpse of Miley, who was dressed in an appropriately patriotic red, white and blue outfit complete with a giant blue bow bikini top.

Also on the Clinton campaign trail this weekend was Katy Perry, who knocked on dorm room doors at The University of Nevada, Las Vegas on the first day of early voting in the state.

For the trip Perry wore a t-shirt reading ‘Nasty Woman’ a reference to the phrase used by Donald Trump to describe Clinton at the last round of debates, which has become a rallying cry for Clinton supporters.

While on campus she also participated in a short outdoor rally, along with Nevada Democratic Senate hopeful Catherine Cortez Masto, but did not perform any music. She will however perform at a Clinton rally in Philadelphia on November 5.
