Miley Cyrus was the talk of Halloween in one way or another, whether it was her own look and behaviour inspiring a myriad of costumes around the world, or the star herself making headline as she so regularly does. It was her costume - a replica of the boob-exposing jumpsuit worn by Lil Kim at the 1999 VMAs - that initially caused a stir, but soon the events of her night became 'news' worthy too.

The singer attended the Bootsy Bellows' Halloween party in West Hollywood, California, and whilst we don't know exactly what happened inside, we do know that the singer was determined to take the party with her when she left. As she, friends, assistants and her alleged squeeze for the night - Good Charlotte's Benji Madden - got in to the back of an awaiting vehicle, Miley tried to hide herself from view of the cameras as she drove off, but not before being spotted with a bottle of liquor in her hands.

She wasn't alone here, as there were plenty of open bottles being passed around the car, but as an illegal minor this shouldn't be a scenario that Miley should be in. At least not in public. But as already mentioned, it wasn't just the booze that was making it past Miley's lips that night.

The National Photo Group were the ones who spotted and photographed Miley with the bottle in her hand, as well as the Good Charlotte guitarist. According to NY Daily News, the two were getting cosy in the back seat of the car and were seen kissing as well. Madden is now the latest star to be romantically linked to Cyrus since her split from Liam Hemsworth earlier this year, and he probably won't be her last either.

In October, it was reported that Miley was seeing Rolling Stone photographer Theo Wenner, however the star soon dismissed this and insisted that the pair were nothing more than good friends. Madden on the other hand has a list of famous conquests as long as his arm, having previously been linked to Paris Hilton, Eliza Doolittle and Aussie star Sophie Monk.
