Cyrus also features on the track's vocals, and -perhaps most shockingly of all- resists the urge to twerk in the new vid. Instead she's seen enthusiastically dancing around with Pharrell, wearing a cute crop top and shorts combo. Pharrell, of course, is wearing another one of those oversized Vivienne Westwood stetsons that have become his trademark look.

Yesterday Miley dispelled the internet rumours about her death with a cheeky topless snap on Instagram, and the new video proves once again she is very much alive and kicking.

The single is the third release from Pharrell's second studio album entitled 'G I R L', following in the footsteps of 'Marilyn Monroe' and the song of last summer, 'Happy'. The album has received praise from critics and Pharrell considers it his homage to women everywhere and a tribute to feminism. It's a little odd to think of Pharrell as a feminist considering his involvement in Robin Thicke's highly controversial hit 'Blurred Lines', but speaking to NME magazine in February, the singer said "There's an imbalance in society, in my opinion, and it's going to change. A world where 75 percent of it is run by women – that's a different world. That's gonna happen, and I want to be on the right side of it when it does."
