Miley Cyrus has some passionate fans but one certain individual is just too obsessed.

The 21 year-old singer was forced to get an emergency restraining order on Friday (May 23rd) against a "delusional" fan who threatened to kill himself if unless her meets her.

TMZ reports, the male fan wasn't going to stop hunting down Cyrus until she "accepts him or he dies."

24 year-old Devon Meek was arrested by the Los Angeles Police Department's Threat Management Unit last week and placed on a 5150 hold at a psychiatric facility.

While being questioned by the police, Meek acted very erratic and showed signs of a mental health disorder.

He claims that Cyrus "adores" him in one of her tracks, and said the police may as well shoot him in the head if he can't meet the 'Wrecking Ball' singer.

Meek also thinks Miley speaks to him through the radio, and revealed that he hears screaming voices in his head.

The restraining order states that Meek's has to stay at least 100 yards away from the former Disney star at all times.

Meek, who is from Arizona, was arrested outside a property in Los Angeles that he believed to be owned by Cyrus, but the exact location is still unknown. He still remains in protective custody.
