It has been a year since Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth decided to call it quits on their relationship and broke off their engagement. Since their romance ended, the Aussi actor has starred in two hit 'Hunger Games' films as Gale Hawthorne, and the 21 year-old singer embarked on her 'Bangerz' world tour that has been hugely successful, so the pair appeared to have moved on.

But Cyrus seems to believe there are still very strong feelings between them, which was obvious when she took part in a recent interview with Australia's 'Sunday Night' television show. "I love Liam; Liam loves me," she claimed, according to the Daily Mail.

Cyrus was also asked whether her hit track 'Wrecking Ball' was about her separation from Hemsworth, but instead of giving a candid answer she simply replied, "It's about finding yourself, I had to set myself free."

The former Disney star also addressed the constant criticism she receives for her racy fashion choices while onstage, and creating a much sexier image. "I never think about what someone is going to think," she said. "I've always been into fashion. I grew up around Dolly Parton, who is all...tits."

Although Hemsworth has rarely opened up about his former fiancé, this past July he was reportedly overheard saying to his pals that himself and Cyrus "will always be best friends," while dining out at restaurant Puny in Portofino, Italy.
