Fact: Actress Mindy Kaling has created her own burger for U.S. restaurant chain Umami Burger. The former The Office star's dish is a beef patty topped with pickled jalapenos, fried onion strings, cheddar cheese and sriracha aioli, and fans will be able to chow down on the burger throughout September (15). A dollar from each purchase will be donated to the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network. The collaboration is part of Umami’s Artist Series, which recruits celebrities to become burger creators for charity.
