Mollie King feels insecure in a bikini.

The Saturdays star confessed that despite her slender frame she still feels self-conscious in swimwear as she hates putting her tummy on display.

She told New! Magazine: ''There are parts of my body where I think 'Oh God, I could do with toning that up,' or when I'm putting an outfit on and think, 'I'd rather cover that bit up.'

''I'd rather get my legs out than my tummy. I try to work with my better parts.

''When it comes to holiday time and I'm getting into a bikini, I definitely have the same insecurities as every girl.''

However, the 27-year-old singer - who is currently performing around the UK with the five piece girl band, made up of Frankie Bridge, Una Foden, Rochelle Humes and Vanessa White, on their 'Greatest Hits Tour' - makes time for regular exercise to help maintain her figure and boost her confidence.

She said: ''I like to work out whenever I can. I actually prefer to play sports like tennis rather than go to a gym.''

Meanwhile, the blonde beauty - who is dating American music producer Jordan Omley - recently revealed she is keen to have lots of children in the future but is happy to play auntie to her bandmates' babies until then.

She said: ''I'd love a big family at some point but not for a couple of years.

''I'm happy playing the auntie role. I get to hand them back!''
