Lewis Parkers unique and tasteful brand of soul and jazz based hip-hop is a subtly refreshing introduction to one man who could make a difference in the current UK hip-hop scene
Its all Happening Now is an ultra catchy, ultra cool excursion of excessively tasteful proportions. Its a smooth rap propped up with a pitched up vocal, and jazz undertones that reeks of Commons harmonies and sweetness.
But its not only the A Side that cuts the mustard. The two extra tracks, Schemes and What The Ancients Say score equally on attainment, effort and all over excitability. Nice one.
