Mama June has been hopsitalised.

The 35-year-old reality star - whose real name is June Shannon - has reportedly been diagnosed with pneumonia and ''extreme dehydration'' after being rushed by a family member to a medical facility in Georgia, America, on Friday morning (06.03.15).

Sources close to the 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' star told gossip website TMZ that June was taken to hospital after registering a temperature of 103 and experiencing difficulty getting out of bed on Friday.

She is now back at home resting for a few days, while June's former partner Mike 'Sugar Bear' Thompson has stepped in to look after the kids.

June admitted last week she wasn't feeling very well and blamed her condition on the ''crazy'' weather in Georgia.

In an Instagram post of Honey Boo Boo dressed as a 'Monster High' series character, she wrote: ''Not feeling good this morning cause,of the crazy ga weather but it its book character day at school so hers is the monster high series #drsuessweek #monsterhigh#rainyday (sic)''

Last October, 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' was cancelled by TLC following reports June was dating a convicted child molester.

A TLC rep said at the time: ''TLC has cancelled the series 'Here Comes Honey Boo Boo' and ended all activities around the series, effective immediately.

''Supporting the health and welfare of these remarkable children is our only priority. TLC is faithfully committed to the children's ongoing comfort and well-being.''

But June posted a video message on Honey Boo Boo's Facebook page insisting it was ''untrue'' that she was dating a sex offender, but confirming the show had been cancelled.

She said: ''Just got a phone call this morning from TLC, and as of right now there will be no more production of the show.

''The statement of me dating a sex offender is totally untrue.''
