Mimi & The Mad Noise Factory are a Germany-based indie-pop band whose upbeat tune 'Get Me Back' from their new album has caught the attention of the soundtrack arrangers for forthcoming British comedy 'Love, Rosie' - and with good reason.

With a dynamic beat, quirky vocals and an infectiously catchy dance rhythm, 'Get Me Back' marks a perfect soundtrack song to a tale of long lost young love, lustful recklessness and romantic exuberance. Produced by English producer Stephen Street (The Smiths, Blur), the track follows their previous single 'Heartbreaker', and features on their newest full-length offering 'Nothing But Everything', released in March 2014 through Warner Music Group Germany.

The vibrant melody will no doubt bring colour to this romantic comedy, which sees fate divide two best friends - Alex Stewart (Sam Claflin) and Rosie Dunne (Lily Collins) - as they prepare to embark on the rest of their lives. With Alex finding new love at university in the US, Rosie is finding her own life becoming increasingly difficult back home. And while it's clear that these kids are made for each other, who knows what will bring them back together after 12 long years. Directed by Christian Ditter and written by Juliette Towhidi, 'Love, Rosie' is based on the novel 'Where Rainbows End' by Cecelia Ahern (author of 'PS, I Love You'), and its lively soundtrack also features the likes of Kate Nash, Lily Allen, KT Tunstall, Peggy Lee, Salt-N-Pepa and Elton John.

Mimi & The Mad Noise Factory are led by British pop singer Mimi, with former band members of her old glam-punk group Battlekat. While 2014 album 'Nothing But Everything' is their first release as a group, it follows Mimi's 2011 solo debut 'Road To Last Night'. Mimi now divides her time between London and Berlin and is set to join singer-songwriter Nessi on a four-day run of dates around Germany in November which Mimi describes as a 'very acoustic, intimate set-up'. The gigs follow a string of previous live dates which saw her supporting Imagine Dragons and Biffy Clyro.
