Nick Jonas isn't looking for 'The One' yet.

The 'Chains' hitmaker recently enjoyed a number of dates with Kate Hudson, but insists he is still single.

The 23-year-old star said: ''Being single is great. I've been trying to really focus on just feeling free and enjoying life, and spending time with people that are interesting to me, I'm 23 and have a lot of time to find 'The One.' ''

The 'Jealous' hitmaker previously declined to address rumours he is romancing the 36-year-old actress, saying: ''I'm not gonna talk about it ... I keep some things to myself. It's a strange place where a little thing can turn into a lot, but it's about how much of that you kind of want in your world and just living your life and knowing that people will have their opinion.''

Meanwhile, Nick is very happy that his brother Joe Jonas, 26, and girlfriend Gigi Hadid, 20, are still going strong.

He told the New York Post's Page Six: ''Joe is one of my closest friends in the world and probably is my closest friend, so naturally I've spent some time with them. I love Gigi and I've known her for a long time, and the fact that they're happy is great.''
