What do you get when you mix celebrities and a fairly dangerous sport in a reality show? Minor injuries! Yay! The latest is Baywatch star Nicole Eggert, who botched her dive with a back-flop and was hospitalized.

A representative for Eggert told E! News that the reality star is "currently consulting with a doctor," and she kept her humour about her, tweeting "The ER is always fun". She isn’t the first person to suffer injury on the show, in fact she’s the fourth. Swimsuit model Katherine Webb, 23,was forced to quit the show over a back injury, and Chelsea Lately sidekick Chuy Bravo backed out of the program because of a fractured heel. Skier Rory Bushfield remained on the show after rupturing an eardrum during a dive, though. Webb explained her exit: "I went to the doctor, and unfortunately he told me I'm out for the competition," she said at the top of the most recent broadcast.

Splash is a TV show born of the Olympics 2012, when British star, Tom Daley managed a bronze medal. It wasn’t gold, but, he’s not really that good, so the Brits went nuts for any colour medal round his neck. The show, though, was more confusing, with comedienne Joe Brand on the judging team. Having said that, it was ITV’s best performing entertainment show for five years, so it much be doing something right.
