Nicole Scherzinger is finding it ''tough'' seeing Lewis Hamilton move on.

The 'Poison' hitmaker split from the Formula One racing driver earlier this year and with Lewis reportedly keen to try his hand at music, Nicole is feeling ''really down''.

A source told Star magazine: ''Nicole feels her luck is really down, so seeing Lewis having so much fun while moving in on her industry is tough. Being dropped by her label feels like the last straw.

''She's really confused about what went wrong. Everyone knows she's talented but she just can't catch the breaks. She was dumped from 'The X Factor' so Cheryl Fernandez-Versini could return, and now her recording career is in trouble too.''

And Lewis' music is attracting good reviews from some of the world's biggest stars including 'Bound 2' rapper Kanye West.

The 38-year-old singer said: ''It's so weird, so Lewis Hamilton's over at my house, right? And he starts playing music.

''We're having an Easter brunch and all of the family's there, my wife's family, my friends, everything. And he's playing music, and everybody's like: 'What is this music?!' and I'm like 'It's Lewis Hamilton's music.' They're like: 'Oh my god, I thought it was gonna sound like...' and I'm not gonna say the names of who they thought it was gonna sound like, but it's good. It's really, really good.''
