Oprah's Favorite Things is set to return to TV screens across America when it is resuscitated for Oprah's OWN channel later this year.
The popular show, last aired in 2010, will be returning to the Oprah Winfrey Network just in time for Black Friday, when she will once again surprise an unsuspecting group of people with an over-the-top super secret giveaway.
This time round, the special will be in aid of military spouses from across the country, with each wife/husband representing each of the branches of the Armed Forces. Oprah will visit each of the worthy causes and present them with once in a lifetime gifts that will invariably change their lives for the better - what else would you expect form Oprah?
The special event isn't just for the families taking place though, as the whole event will be view-compatible, with the show's audience being able to join in with the action online with the opportunity to win big themselves. The competition is currently running now on Oprah's website at www.oprah.com/favoritethings.
Oprah's Favorite Things: 2012 will hit the airwaves on Sunday, November 18th at 8 p.m. on OWN and will no doubt have a few surprises up it's sleeves for everyone involved.
