The former Baywatch beauty filed for divorce from Rick Salomon in February (15) and obtained a protective order against him last month (Mar15), amid allegations he had turned nasty during a bust-up in January (15).

Anderson headed back to a Los Angeles court on Friday (03Apr15) in the hopes of banning Salomon from contacting or coming near her for three years, but the judge only agreed to extend her temporary order until the next hearing as the film producer and professional poker player has yet to receive notice of the legal papers.

The judge subsequently placed the case on hold until May (15).

Meanwhile, sources tell TMZ.com Salomon has agreed to drop his demands for an annulment and agree to a divorce settlement, although Anderson may have put the deal in jeopardy after blasting her ex during a post-court interview with U.S. news show Access Hollywood.

During the brief chat, the actress insisted she wishes him "all the best" and just wants to be friends again, but believes the divorce battle is all about "ego", "money" and "all the wrong things".

She went on to insist "there was no romance" between the pair and accuse Salomon of planning to blackmail her.

She stated, "The very few times we did have any romance, actually he was taking pictures behind my back... to use against me, and he also, when he cut my hair, he kept my hair. I found it in our safe, in a bag. He's obsessed with fame, he's obsessed with all the wrong things and I just want this behind me."

Anderson and Salomon first wed in 2007, but the marriage was annulled two months later. They tied the knot again in January, 2014.
