Paris Hilton Signed With Cash Money For a House Album. That Happened. Good news for fans of, uh, commercial house music? Paris Hilton has signed with Cash Money to release a new album! The heiress broke the news to Showbiz411 at a party in Cannes, where she was promoting Sofia Coppola's film The Bling Ring, in which she stars as herself.

Hilton has apparently signed on the dotted line to join the likes of Drake and Nicki Minaj at Young Money. She also claimed Dutch house producer Afrojack will helm the album, following reports the pair were rumored to be dating. "This is a lot different than my first album," Paris said. "It's really going to be house music."

Hilton's previous foray into the world of dance music came with her eponymous debut album in 2006. Weirdly, it reached the top ten in the Billboard albums chart despite horrendous reviews. She scored a couple of DJ jobs off the back of it and is reportedly set to perform a residency in Ibiza this summer.

Watch Paris Hilton's mixing skills below:

Hopefully the reality star has honed her deck-skills since her DJ debut at the Pop Music Festival in Sao Paulo, Brazil, when all hell broke loose. Having apparently never seen a mixer before, Paris started twiddling a few things and turning a couple of dials before introducing her new track, accidentally playing Rihanna, and singing hers over the top. Classic.
