Reality star and socialite Paris Hilton has her "eggs stocked and ready" to start the IVF process in 2023.
Paris Hilton has her "eggs stocked and ready" to undergo IVF in 2023.
The 41-year-old socialite revealed she and her husband Carter Reum - who celebrated their first wedding anniversary last month - began preparing for the process during the pandemic.
Speaking at the Hollywood Reporter's Women in Entertainment Gala, she told PEOPLE magazine: "We started going and doing it like a few months in because the world was shut down.
"We knew we wanted to start a family, and I was like, 'This is perfect timing. Usually I'm on a plane 250 days out of the year, and let's just get all of the eggs stocked and ready,' and we have tons of them just waiting."
The 'This Is Paris' star - whose husband has a daughter with reality star ex Laura Bellizzi - admitted the pair wanted to "enjoy" their "first year of marriage together as a couple, you know, before bringing kids into the mix".
After celebrating their anniversary, now she "can't wait for 2023", and she revealed she is "just so happy" after that first year of marriage.
She said: "I'm just so happy. He's so kind and so loyal and sweet and funny and brilliant.
"He's just my perfect person, and I just adore him so much. He just makes me feel like a princess every single day, and I'm so excited for our family starting next year."
Paris previously opened up on the idea of becoming a mum one day, and said parenthood "would be amazing", while she would love to have "three or four" kids, and she's keen on the idea of twins.
She explained: "I would like a twin boy and girl just to, like, get both, but whatever happens happens. But I would love that or twin girls because I love girls."
