Tragic actor Paul Walker's father has been named the official executor of his will.
In his will, the Fast and the Furious star requested his dad, Paul Walker, Sr., should take control of his estate in the event of his death and a California court judge granted his wish on Thursday (20Feb14).
The late actor also named his mother, Cheryl, as the guardian of his daughter Meadow with ex-girlfriend Rebecca Soteros, but the issue of the 15 year old's custody was not raised.
Meadow is currently living with her grandmother in California, according to Tmz.com.
Walker was killed in a fiery car crash in November (13).
