Paul Walker's funeral will largely be a private affair for family only though the cast and crew of the Fast and the Furious movies have been invited.

According to TMZ.com, sources connected with Paul's family say their primary concern is the wellbeing of Paul Walker's daughter Meadow who is having a difficult time of things. The family don't want strangers attending the funeral, though Walker spent much of his time with the Fast and Furious gang and his family understand.

Paul Walker's funeral will be invitation only though Walker considered the Fast and Furious cast and crew his close relatives. 

The location of Paul Walker's funeral is yet to be confirmed, though the New York Daily News report that funeral arrangements are underway at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park in the Hollywood Hills.

The Forest Lawn location is also the final resting place of other celebrities including Brittany Murphy, John Ritter and David Carradine.

Family sources say sometime after the funeral there will be a larger memorial though this will still be invitation only. 

Last week, thousands of friends, fans and car enthusiasts paid tribute to Paul Walker at a special car rally and memorial service in Los Angeles. The actor's Fast and Furious co-star Rick Yune was among those who attended in high performance cars, revving their engines at the event in Santa Clarita.

Walker and his close friend Roger Rodas both died when Rodas' Porsche Carrera GT crashed and burst into flames last Saturday. The vehicle is said to have a history of handling difficulty, though the cause of the crash is still unclear. 

Paul Walker was best known for his appearances in the Fast and the Furious franchise though his upcoming movie Hours is understood to be his finest work. It tells the story of a father's struggle to keep his infant daughter alive in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
