Executors For Paul Walker's Estate Are Taking The Family Of The Late Actor's Business Partner Roger Rodas To Court In A Battle Over The Star's Car Collection.
The Fast & Furious hunk was killed in a fiery automobile crash in November, 2013, along with his pal Rodas, who was behind the wheel at the time of the fatal accident.
The actor's dad, Paul Walker III, has been fighting with Rodas' relatives for several months over the possession of 30 luxury vehicles, worth around $1.8 million (£1.1 million), which were fully or partially owned by his son.
Walker, Sr. claimed a number of vehicles had been sold off by Rodas' family after the pair's death, but his son's estate has not received its fair share of the sale price. He filed a creditor's claim against Rodas' estate for the return of the remaining cars or the cash equivalent in November (14), but the petition was rejected in December (14).
Walker's estate officials are now taking the matter to Los Angeles Superior Court, seeking a trial by jury to determine compensation, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
