JANE'S ADDICTION frontman Perry Farrell played through the pain during a concert in Atlanta, Georgia on Sunday (10May09) after tearing a calf muscle moments into the gig.
Farrell suffered the injury after performing the first song of the band's set at the Lakewood Amphitheatre, but insisted on pressing on with the show.
As soon as the set was over, the rocker was taken by ambulance to the Atlanta Medical Center, where doctors advised him to rest and keep the weight off his leg.
But Farrell is refusing to take heed of the warning - and reportedly plans to take to the stage on Tuesday (12May09) when the group plays in Austin, Texas.
