Going In Style Trailer

There comes a point in life where you get to a certain age and realise that right and wrong no longer means anything. Being a law-abiding citizen sure doesn't guarantee you comfort or security, so when Willie (Morgan Freeman), Joe (Michael Caine) and Albert (Alan Arkin) find they have had their pension payments cut off, they really have nothing else to lose. When Joe visits the bank to have a meeting about his mortgage repayments, he witnesses a professional bank robbery and is so impressed by the organisation of it that he decides enough is enough; he wants to get in on that kind of action himself. John Wick: Chapter 2 Trailer

Former hitman John Wick is in Rome following events in the first movie where he sought bloody revenge on the man who killed his dog and stole his car. He's still bereaved from the death of his wife Helen (who died before events in the first film) but he has at least got himself a new puppy. While it can be argued that his revenge massacre doesn't necessarily mean he's back in the game even if it did find him in the company of his former associates, this time his vow of retirement is broken for sure. An old friend is trying to takeover over a nefarious group of international assassins, and he is forced to join him because of the blood oath he made many years ago. This is not the kind of job you can quit easily.

Peter Serafinowicz To Star As 'The Tick' In Amazon Reboot

Peter Serafinowicz

British actor and comedian Peter Serafinowicz is set to star as the lead in an Amazon-backed remake of ‘The Tick’, in a pilot episode based around the comic book creation by Peter Edlund.

According to a report by Deadline, the 43 year old actor and voiceover artist is set to star as the antenna-clad, muscle-bound spoof superhero in a re-boot of the popular character.

The Tick was created as the mascot for a chain of American comic book stores during the 1980s, but the character was the subject of a Fox Kids animated show between 1994 and 1996, and a live-action version was created in 2001 and starred Patrick Warburton, formerly a star of sitcoms ‘Seinfeld’ and more recently ‘Rules of Engagement’.

Donald Trump's Speech Is Given A Sassy Makeover By British Voice Artist

Donald Trump Peter Serafinowicz

It might not seem entirely politically correct, but Donald Trump's South Carolina victory speech being dubbed over with a stereotypically 'gay' accent has got to be one of the funniest things we've heard out of all the Trump related parodies in recent months, especially given the amount of homophobic trash he's previously spouted.

Donald TrumpDonald Trump gets dubbed

If all you could do was roll your eyes at Trump's borderline racist speech in South Carolina recently, where he went on and on about building a wall between the US and Mexico, then this clip will make everything OK again. Peter Serafinowicz, a British comedian and voice artist who starred in 'Shaun of the Dead' and 'Guardians of the Galaxy', has released a hilarious parody clip on his YouTube channel, dubbing over Trump's exact words with a sassy American accent a little reminiscent of Roger from Seth MacFarlane's 'American Dad!'.

Can Kylie Minogue Outdo Sienna Miller As Edie Sedgwick?

Kylie Minogue Sienna Miller Peter Serafinowicz Edie Sedgwick Andy Warhol Idris Elba

Kylie Minogue has landed a starring role in a Sky Arts TV comedy based on Andy Warhol's muse Edie Sedgwick. The Australian pop princess - who is dedicating more time to the acting side of her career - will appear in an edition of Playhouse Presents titled Hey Diddly Dee, with comic Peter Serafinowicz playing the enigmatic artist.

The drama follows a group of actors putting on a production about Warhol, with Minogue playing a Sedgwick-style character called Bibbi. "When the script was sent to me, I read it and knew instinctively I wanted to be part of this project. In Hey Diddly Dee, Marc [Warren, director] has created a beautiful and quirky story," said Kylie in a statement. Sedgwick was an artist student who joined Warhol at the infamous 'Factory' - the pop artist's studio and debauched hangout for a group of cool New York eccentrics, some of them drug addicts. She gained fame as a Warhol muse and successful fashion model, though died in 1971 at the age of 28. A coroner ruled her death as "undetermined/accident/suicide" though her death certificate stated the immediate cause was "probably acute barbiturate intoxication." She was played by British actress Sienna Miller in the 2006 movie Factory Girl, which received mixed reviews from critics, though most lauded the actress' individual performance. Film 4 said, "Sienna Miller guarantees herself a bit more than 15 minutes with a strong performance in an otherwise dazed and confused film." James Christopher of The Times said, "Miller is a genuine surprise as the damaged star. But the film leaves her very much as it finds her: a clueless naïve."

Minogue has appeared in a number of movies including Leos Carax's frankly bizarre Holy Motors, which was tipped to win the Palme d'Or in 2012, though eventually lost out to Amour. The Guardian's Peter Bradshaw gave it 5 stars, saying, "A gorgeous furry teacup of a film." Hey Diddly Dee is due to screened on Sky Arts on March 14, which will be followed by a Playhouse Presents episode written and directed by Idris Elba, and another by artist Grayson Perry.

Albums of Note... Coldplay’s Live 2012 album shows a band far more at ease with themselves than their previous live release, from 2003. The Live 2012 package includes both blu-ray and CD. The footage is punctuated by behind-the-scenes interludes and these excerpts showcase each band member’s enthusiasm for their live shows as well as revealing how the material from Mylo Xyloto evolved over time and culminated with them band playing to a vast stadium audiences across the globe. “Live 2012 includes some nice musical moments... the low-key piano intro to 'Yellow', a guest appearance from Rihanna during 'Princess Of China', and the stripped back intimacy of 'Us Against The World'. All of the other elements of big choruses and sing-along's spanning the entire Coldplay back catalogue are present and correct… and Chris Martin's voice seems to have found a renewed strength to cope with the massive venues the band now fills.”
