After noticing a group of photographers and reporters, Price began posing in her short blue dress with matching heels and hat.Phoebe recently completed shooting the drama-thriller Stanley DeBrock, about a mentally challenged man who is implicated in the disappearance of a young woman. Stanley's twin brother attempts to clear the DeBrock name.
