He and James Corden had an epic Queen Frontman Battle.
If anyone in the world was still in any doubt that Adam Lambert is the perfect frontman for Queen, his skit with James Corden on 'The Late Late Show' should settle it for you. Because this week Adam and James had a brilliant sass-fuelled Front Man Battle.
Adam Lambert and James Corden go 'head to head'
On 'The Late Late Show with James Corden' last night (February 2nd 2017), James made the mistake in getting a little cocky about his favourite band of all time and its current frontman, Adam Lambert. 'I'm not saying I'd be a better frontman than him, I'm just saying I think I'd be a better frontman than him', said James. 'That's all I'm saying.'

Roger Taylor and John Paul Jones played along on a cover of Queen's hit 'Under Pressure'.
They were forced to cancel their two Wembley enormo-gigs as well as their headline Glastonbury performance after Dave Grohl broke his leg earlier this summer, but Foo Fighters made their triumphant return to the UK with the first of three shows at the Milton Keynes Bowl – and they brought along some pretty big names to help them celebrate.
Performing the entire two-and-a-half-hour gig from a huge motorised throne, embossed with the Foo Fighters logo, Grohl announced to the crowd on Saturday night (September 5th): “We came back for you! We waited a long time to be here.”

The singer believes that being able to change his parents' lives makes it all worth it.
He may be one of the biggest pop stars of the moment, but it's not the money, or the awards, or even the screaming fans that make the climb to the top worth all the hard work. Rather, Ed Sheeran says the biggest reward of fame is his ability to change his parents' lives for the better.

The 'Thinking Out Loud' singer told The Mirror that the highlight of his career so far is "being able to really pay my parents – not just financially – but being able to give them the things they wouldn't have ever dreamed of...

Sacha Baron Cohen is not involved - in any capacity - with the Freddie Mercury biopic.
We know what you're thinking: Sacha Baron Cohen, the master of disguises and impressions, would have been the perfect actor to play Freddie Mercury. But, alas, it wasn't meant to be. Brian May, the guitarist of Queen, has confirmed Cohen is not involved in any film project relating to the life of Mercury.

Looks like we won’t be seeing Sacha playing Freddie anytime soon.
Well it was a good idea while it lasted, but it appears Sacha Baron Cohen will not be playing Freddie Mercury in the upcoming Queen biopic after all, guitarist Brian May has confirmed. Queen’s long time manager Jim Beach was said to have announced Cohen’s involvement in the film on Thursday, while accepting an award at the Artist & Management Awards at London's Troxy venue.
Sadly we will not get to see Sacha Baron Cohen sing 'Bohemian Rhapsody'
According to the Daily Mail, Beach had told the audience “You have probably followed the saga of the famous Queen-Freddie Mercury biopic which has been developing in Hollywood for the last seven years. Queen and Adam Lambert have been on their world tour since June 2014, and after trotting the globe, the band are coming to the end of the European leg.
Queen are by far one of the most recognisable and celebrated bands of all time. Yet, after the tragic passing of lead singer Freddie Mercury, the two remaining members of band (Brian May and Roger Taylor) teamed up with American Idol season eight runner-up Adam Lambert in 2011. But wait, there's more! Queen + Adam Lambert are currently part way through a world tour that they began back in June 2014.
Adam Lambert and Brian May perform at the Barclaycard Arena as part of Queen + Adam Lambert's 2015 European tour.
The band will be heading off for a European tour on 29th January, and making the rounds at Cologne's Lanxess Arena, Amsterdam's Ziggo Dome, Vienna's Stadhalle, Munich's Olympiahalle, Belin and Hamburg's O2s, Frankfurt's Festhalle, Brussels' Palais 12, Milan's Forum, Stuttgart's Schleyerhalle, Herning's Jyske Bank Boxen, Prague's O2, Zurich's Hallenstadion and Krakow's Arena. Then the group are heading back to the UK in late February to perform at the Wembley SSE Arena, the Liverpool Echo Arena, before finishing off at the Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on 27th February, and have just finished a show at the Barclaycard Arena in Birmingham.

Sceptics were silenced when Adam Lambert took to the stage with Queen in Leeds on Tuesday evening (20th January). They may be over halfway through their worldwide tour, but the group were still going strong when they performed at the First Direct Arena.
Lambert, although a relatively new face in the UK, is well known in the US as a solo artist following his 'American Idol' breakthrough in 2009. His suitability as Queen's lead singer has frequently been called into question but, after numerous performances with the band since 2011, there is little doubt that Lambert is a highly talented addition to the group and one both guitarist Brian May and drummer Roger Taylor wholeheartedly approve of.
As with any performer who appears alongside Queen, Lambert is living in the shadow of Freddie Mercury. Mercury is renowned as one of the greatest frontmen of all time. With his showmanship and often brash humour, he has remained prominent in the public imagination as someone who exhibited true talent and joie de vivre but tragically died too young. Purists argue that Queen died with Mercury but, with Lambert at the helm supported by the experience of May and Taylor, it is evident this belief is unfounded.

Queen and Adam Lambert rocked the United Center with a tour kick-off to remember.
Queen and Adam Lambert have managed to ace the nerve-wracking first night of their tour in North America, rocking Chicago's United Center to its foundations with a bombastic rock show to surpass all others. Combining theatrical flair with jaw-dropping vocal abilities, Queen's adopted singer, Adam Lambert proved his worth as the successor to Freddie Mercury once more.
A Stormingly Successful Opening Night Left Queen & Adam Lambert Fans Hungry For More.
"We've played to some of your mothers and fathers," guitarist Brian May remarked to the full-house crowd during last night's show. "And some of your grandchildren, I'm sure." Noughties Queen singer Paul Rodgers may have had the ability to pull of the power rock group's more challenging numbers, but it is Idol alum Lambert who truly embodies the spirit of the late flamboyant frontman.

Further dates have been added to their upcoming North American tour due to huge demand following their iHeartRadio venture, leaving the schedule now adding up to 24 dates - beginning in Chicago on June 19th 2014 and closing in Toronto on July 28th. 'I'm completely in awe of the Queen phenomenon', Adam has insisted. 'The thought of sharing the stage for a full set in North America is so beautifully surreal.
