Reese Witherspoon's husband wants another baby.

The 'Wild' star, who already has two-year-old son Tennessee with Hollywood agent Jim Toth, 45, and daughter Ava, 15, and son Deacon, 11, with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe, reportedly wants to focus on her career instead of expanding their family again.

A source close to the Oscar winner, 39, told In Touch Weekly: ''Jim wants to give Tennessee a little brother or sister. He has always wanted a big family. For a while Reese did, too. But she's decided to focus on her career.

''Reese knows how competitive the industry is, especially as she gets older. She doesn't think she can afford to take time off to have a baby.''

The 'Walk the Line' star previously admitted she was very upset when she was called ''washed up'' by a film critic after she took some time away from the spotlight in 2012.

She said: ''I thought I was reading, like, a profile on another actor. Then somewhere down at the end, it said... 'The people who are washed-up,' - I mean, it really hurt my feelings. Really hurt my feelings.''
