| Rex Records may still be in their kindergarten stage but they have already managed to churn out an impressive roster of releases and artists: The Avalanches, DJ Downfall, OP:L Bastards. More Fish Out Of Water EP (surprisingly enough, the follow on from 4 Fish Out Of Water EP) should enable them to keep their heads held high. The four track EP showcases tunes from four new artists. From the divinely mesmeric tinkleings of Bronze Age Foxs Farriss (Fairies would have been more appropriate) to the raw, punk, Shadowesque hip-hop shocker Dry Lips provided by The Mongrels. Keep your eye on this lot. Great things are in store. |
