Heavyweight rapper Rick Ross has assured fans he's stronger than he's "ever been" after recently suffering two seizures in one day.
The hip-hop star was admitted to a hospital in Birmingham, Alabama after two mid-air seizures while flying from Florida to Tennessee on 14 October (11).
The double health scare prompted him to scrap a series of concerts to allow him time to recover, but Ross has now returned to his Twitter.com blog to tell fans he's feeling good.
He writes, "the boss back. stronger than I've ever been.. richer than I ever wuz (sic)".
Meanwhile, his rap protege Wale is blaming Ross' hectic workload for the health crisis, suggesting the Aston Martin Music hitmaker has been suffering from a serious lack of sleep.
In an interview with New York's Hot 97 radio DJ Angie Martinez on Thursday (27Oct11), Wale said, "He's good. He just needs to get some rest. He's been working, he's been working himself real, real hard. When you don't sleep for a week, almost, four days, five days, you'd be surprised what could happen to you, how this thing could take a toll on you when you don't sleep.
"I'm getting better at (sleeping). That's what Ross tells me every other day. Every other day he texts me, 'Make sure you get some rest.'"
