The Hustlin' hitmaker was paid the cash upfront to perform at the event at the Scottsdale Mall Amphitheater in January (15) .

According to TMZ.com, the 39 year old was supposed to receive another $55,000 on the night of the party.

However, the gig was cancelled because Ross allegedly did not hold up his side of the agreement to promote the party on social media twice a day for two weeks before the event.

Bosses at Conexts, the company behind the event, claim he only posted once and they are now seeking $55,000 plus damages.
