Rita Ora would like to return to the 'Fifty Shades' franchise.

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter made a cameo appearance as Mia Grey in 'Fifty Shades of Grey' earlier this year and has revealed she is open to returning for the next two movies in the series, explaining that her on-screen character is set to evolve.

Rita told ITV's 'Lorraine': ''I'm a massive fan of the books and my character, Mia Grey, she very much evolves in [books] two and three slowly but surely. So if they do ask me [to be in the film], of course I'll be there.''

Rita's confession comes shortly after E.L. James - the author of the 'Fifty Shades' novels - revealed she has written a new romance novel and is halfway through another.

The best-selling author admitted she's currently working on some new love-inspired material, but doesn't know when it'll be published.

Speaking during a Twitter Q&A with fans in June, the 52-year-old writer was asked whether she plans to pen another novel, to which she replied: ''I've written a new book and am halfway through another. Both romances. Not sure when I will finish them.''
