Newly-engaged Blac Chyna is working on her fiance's weight, helping him to drop 50 lbs in a month.
In return for asking her to marry him, Blac Chyna has rewarded Rob Kardashian by putting him on a strict workout plan and diet in order to drop 50 lbs. Every man’s dream!
29 year old Kardashian, weighing just under 249 pounds with a height of 6’1”, revealed on Instagram this week that he’s aiming to drop to an ideal weight of around 200-210 pounds in roughly five weeks – and Chyna herself will be overseeing the process.
“I’m going to train Rob, we’re going to start a journey,” Blac Chyna said in his video post. “I’m going to start training him myself.” She’ll be putting Rob through his paces, aiming to reach his target weight by the time of her 28th birthday on May 11th.
In the spirit of ‘no time like the present’, Kardashian immediately took to the treadmill. Showing off an ‘after’ picture of the results of his first workout, Rob was standing speechless in a sweaty T-shirt.

It’s been a significant week for the controversial couple, whose partnership has driven schisms within the Kardashian clan. On Monday (April 4th), Rob proposed to her with a 7-carat diamond ring that reportedly cost $750,000. His sisters and mom Kris Jenner have yet to congratulate him, it is said.

Of course, Blac Chyna used to be rap star Tyga’s former fiancee, and has a young son, King Cairo, with him. He now goes out with Rob’s step-sister Kylie Jenner, making the family politics a little frosty, according to many reports.
After meeting the model, real name Angela Renee White, earlier this year, Rob’s health has been steadily getting better. He had been hospitalised back in December 2015 and subsequently diagnosed with diabetes.
