Rocker Robbie Robertson is set to pen his memoirs after three failed attempts to tell his life story with ghostwriters.
The Band frontman tried to collaborate on his autobiography with other writers but realised he would rather go solo to tell stories about his career and personal life.
He tells Reuters, "I'm very excited about doing it. I just have to roll up my sleeves, get a cabin in the woods and do it properly."
Robertson will begin work on the tome in the coming months after releasing How To Become Clairvoyant, his first solo album in 13 years, in April (11).
