Robbie Williams has likened the behaviour of Jimmy Page to ‘mental illness’, as the two stars continue to feud over building works at the singer's West London mansion.

Williams made the comments during a commercial break in a interview with an Italian radio station, who later posted the footage to their Facebook page without his knowledge.

“So um, Jimmy has been sitting in his car outside our house with the windows down, four hours at a time with recording equipment,” Williams said, according to The Sun.

“He’s recording the workmen to see if they’re making too much noise. And also two weeks ago, the builders came in and he was asleep in his garden waiting. Honestly it’s like a mental illness concentrating.

“It’s really strange. At first it’s like f***, now it’s taken so long – four years,” he added.

“But now it’s like what are you hiding? Is there something you’re hiding? So, so weird.”

The singer then said that his former Take That bandmate Gary Barlow, is having a similar problem with his neighbour, Queen guitarist Brian May.

“The same is happening to Gary Barlow with Brian May,” he said.

“No! It must be the hard rock generation,” the host then said.

“Yep,” Williams replied.

“Maybe I should apologise to Ed Sheeran for what I’m going to do to him in 15 years.”
