When it was revealed that 'Prison Break' would be returning for a fifth season on Fox, many wondered exactly how it would come about, as Wentworth Miller's character Michael Scofield had seemed to die in the fourth season finale. Now though it's been revealed that he's very much alive, and facing one of the biggest challenges in his life as he's locked away in an infamous and dangerous prison in Yemen.

Returning next month after eight long years, 'Prison Break' will see Miller reunite with fellow cast members Dominic Purcell, Sarah Wayne Callies and Robert Knepper amongst others, as the originals travel across the world to save one of their own. Original series creator Paul T. Scheuring is also making a comeback, working on the new episodes.

Though the news of its return has now been out there for some time, the plot details surrounding 'Prison Break' season 5 are still pretty thin on the ground.

While Knepper - who plays T-Bag in the show - doesn't want to give too much away, he has revealed how his character's gone through his own evolution in the past few years.

Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Knepper said of the new series: "For all of us, but particularly for me, because this guy [T-Bag] was such a killer... If somebody said something wrong to him, he would probably kill you. But things are a bit deeper now. He thinks about things now.

"I don't want to give anything away; people talk a lot about plot with this show, and I think it's better to be surprised. A lot of my plot points haven't been brought out yet, and it'll be nice for y'all to be surprised by them. But I think you're going to find him fighting his demons a little bit more than he would have before."

Originally introduced as a racist and paedophile, T-Bag went on to become somewhat of a fan-favourite character despite his disgusting criminal history. He was by no means a hero in 'Prison Break', but he certainly went some way to redeeming himself through various plot points and devices.

When he makes his return, it's going to be interesting to see who T-Bag puts first when his old adversary Michael requires his help. Is he a changed man? Or will we see his selfish needs and impulses boil over?
