Robert Pattinson helped a Northern Irish couple celebrate their marriage by agreeing to crash their wedding!

The 29 year old Twilight star was standing at the bar in the Culloden Hotel in Belfast, Northern Ireland, when the wedding party of Tom and Sarah Lenihan walked through. Though he was sporting a heavy beard and moustache, they recognised him, whereupon he was mobbed by about 20 bridesmaids, with whom he graciously agreed to take photos.

The moment was captured by videographer at the wedding, whose name is Reuben Skinner. He posted a picture on Facebook, writing: “That moment when Robert Pattison featured in my wedding video. Weirdly Danny from the Script also crashed this same wedding. #rpats #weddingcrasher #robertpattison.”

Pattinson, who is getting married to his fiancée FKA Twigs at some point before the end of the year, was in the Northern Irish capital filming his new movie The Lost City of Z, which is based on the true story of British explorer Percy Fawcett, who disappeared in the Amazon rainforest while attempting to track down the site of a lost civilisation.

He and twigs, whose real name is Tahliah Barnett, got engaged back in April this year and were due to get hitched this summer. However, that has been pushed back – not because they’re having second thoughts, but apparently because Barnett can’t decide upon what kind of wedding she should have.

“She talks about it keeping as real and low-key and then wants an elaborate glamorous Baroque affair,” a source told People last month. “She was even talking at one stage about having a masked ball.” They have therefore put back the proposed date of their wedding, but it is believed that it will happen before 2015 is out.
